About the Roles:
As part of our counseling team, you’ll guide students through every step of their study abroad journey — from selecting the right university and preparing documentation to offering end-to-end support throughout the admission process.
You’ll be responsible for:
â Counseling students on university and program selection
â Assisting with admission applications, SOPs, and supporting documents
â Providing guidance on scholarship options and pre-departure briefings
â Staying updated on admission policies, GTE/CAS processes, and education systems
Requirements:
â
Bachelor’s degree (Any field)
â
UK Counselor: Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling & visa processing
â
Australia Counselor: Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling & visa processing
â
Strong understanding of university admission processes
â
Excellent communication ( verbal & Written) skills in English & Bangla
â
Ability to manage multiple student profiles efficiently
