Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Electrical Engineer to oversee the planning, installation, quality assurance, and safety compliance of electrical systems across our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate or construction projects and a proven track record in managing electrical systems from design through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, review, and supervise all electrical works including LT/HT systems, internal wiring, DBs, MDBs, transformers, substations, and generators.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, IEE regulations, and project-specific electrical safety standards.
Prepare, review, and validate electrical drawings, BOQs, load calculations, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
Manage vendor selection, evaluate quotations, and coordinate with suppliers for electrical materials.
Supervise and coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct site inspections, verify material quality, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Monitor project timelines, control costs, and optimize material usage for electrical scopes.
Ensure timely testing, commissioning, and handover of all electrical installations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and handover reports related to electrical systems.
