Proficiency in all types of electrical work such as wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Knowledge in operating and maintaining generators, UPS systems, air conditioners (AC), and other hospital electrical equipment.

Proficiency in both Bengali and English for communication (spoken and written).
Ensure regular maintenance, repair, and installation of hospital electrical equipment, devices, and systems.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults promptly.
Ensure the proper functioning of generators, UPS systems, substations, and other power supply systems.
Strictly follow electrical safety protocols and regulations.
Install new electrical wiring, circuits, and control systems.
Maintain an inventory of electrical equipment and keep necessary spare parts in stock.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by higher authorities.
