Experience

• 5 Year

• Must have hands-on experience in routine checks and maintenance of all substation equipment, including HT, LT, PFI, VCB, LBS, MC, and MCCB.

• Must possess practical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of diesel generators, ATS, lifts, AVR, air conditioners, gas and electric geysers, water pumps, motors, solar systems, solar heaters, lights, and fans.

• Must maintain and regularly update registers and logbooks for relevant equipment, covering operation hours, maintenance, spare parts, fuel consumption, technical condition, etc.

• Must be able to complete all electrical works (e.g., conduit, cabling, lighting) neatly and with a fine finish.

• Any electromechanical faults or issues must be reported to senior authorities via phone or in writing and resolved as per their instructions.

• Must record daily and monthly readings of electricity and WASA (water) meters in the register.

• Must keep electromechanical equipment and rooms clean on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Must have practical experience in using machinery and tools, and maintain proper registers for them.

• Must be mentally prepared to work 24/7, including nights and holidays, in case of emergencies.

• Must be capable of identifying faults in any equipment.

• Must have knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical and power work.

• Must have good communication and coordination skills with management, seniors, coworkers, and project teams.

• Must perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
