Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in Electrical & Electronic Engineering·
• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 6 Year to 10 Year

Additional Requirements

• Responsible for the periodic and scheduled maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and power equipment in the factory.
• Ensure timely and scheduled preventive maintenance of the boiler, generator, transformer, fire safety system, and all other electrical and mechanical equipment in the factory.
• Ensure optimal utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc.) and track the units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized, and wasted, through monthly reporting.
• Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and proper reporting.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the maintenance of plant machinery and utility installations.
• Monitor and supervise all utility-related issues, including air compressors, diesel generators, water pumps, workshop equipment, steam boilers, washing machines, effluent treatment plants, and electrical issues related to the fire safety system.
• Ensure effective monitoring and follow-up of scheduled maintenance, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Contribute to achieving the operational objectives of electrical engineering by providing electrical engineering information, recommendations for strategic plans, and reviews, and preparing and completing action plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components in various workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT) to the lowest possible level.
• Enhance the efficiency and performance of all electrical and power equipment.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
