Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions using competency-based teaching methods.
Design and update lessons covering fundamental concepts (circuitry, digital systems, microcontrollers) and practical skills (soldering, equipment testing).
Promote soft skills such as empathy, patience, and professionalism among students.
Lead lectures and hands-on lab sessions, translating theory into practical competence.
Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise through project guidance and academic/career advice.
Connect advanced engineering concepts to the practical skills required by technicians.
Prepare students for technical roles, ensuring they can install, maintain, and repair electronic systems.
Identify and engage potential learners through field visits, referrals, and awareness campaigns.
Maintain records of interested candidates and mobilization sources.
Keep accurate training records, attendance sheets, and progress reports.
Conduct written and practical training assessments.
Coordinate with administration, procurement, and project teams for smooth training implementation.
Submit daily and weekly reports on training status and trainee attendance.
Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and written/verbal skills.
