  • Perform day-to-day embroidery marketing work and visit Customers and factories and oversee operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Assist in Planning and allocate machine schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor embroidery output for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to design specifications and company standards.
  • Identify and rectify defects or issues during the production process.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in the embroidery unit.
  • Any other task assign by the Management.

Responsibilities & Context

  • A leading subcontracting embroidery industry equipped with state-of-the-art Tajima Computerized Automatic Multi-Head Embroidery Machines is seeking a proactive and results-driven Embroidery Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing work orders, overseeing production, and ensuring seamless factory operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Order Acquisition:
  • Secure sufficient work orders from export markets to ensure year-round factory operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and exporters.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Production Oversight & Quality Control:
  • Oversee production and sample development to ensure alignment with design concepts and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain high-quality embroidery standards and resolve any production issues.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules, monitor workflows, and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Operational Efficiency & Problem-Solving:
  • Address design and production challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve processes, optimize productivity, and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to streamline operations and maintain consistent output.
  • Reporting & Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on order status, production performance, and market trends.
