• Conduct energy benchmarking and detailed KPI analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for savings.
• Track and report energy consumption and GHG emissions across all manufacturing units.
• Identify energy audit needs and coordinate third-party audits when necessary.
• Follow up on existing energy audit reports, ensuring the timely implementation of recommendations.
• Develop and execute energy reduction action plans, presenting findings and progress to management.
• Identify and eliminate energy misuse across operations through continuous monitoring and optimization.
• Analyze energy cost structures and implement energy-saving measures to reduce overall costs.
• Identify opportunities for low-cost or no-cost energy efficiency improvements and support capital investment projects aimed at long-term cost savings.
• Lead and support the company’s decarbonization initiatives in line with global frameworks.
• Monitor and follow up on energy and climate programs such as SBTi, MCAP, PaCT, FashionForward, and 3E, ensuring progress toward set commitments.
• Develop and align energy and GHG reduction targets with company and brand goals.
• Coordinate with buyers and stakeholders, providing updates on energy and climate action progress.
• Support the transition to renewable energy sources and low-carbon technologies.
• Collaborate with factory teams to implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Train and guide factory utility and maintenance teams on energy conservation practices and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and buyers on energy performance.
