Ensure the timely and effective maintenance of all vehicles within Epyllion Group to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted operations. This includes conducting routine inspections, overseeing the prompt repair or replacement of spare parts, and maintaining quality assurance during maintenance and workshop services. Regular visits to suppliers and workshops are carried out to assess their competency, while quotations are collected and verified to ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity, and product or service quality. All expenses related to spare parts and services are meticulously recorded in the data management system. Additionally, the skills of drivers and vehicle technicians are periodically assessed, with relevant training provided to improve their ability to operate and maintain various vehicle types. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed budgets and work plans for repairs and maintenance, as well as recommending new vehicle acquisitions based on thorough technical evaluations and cost-effectiveness. Training programs are organized for all drivers, focusing on basic vehicle repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. In the event of road accidents or emergencies, prompt support is provided through coordination with law enforcement agencies to protect the vehicle. The role also involves carrying out any other duties assigned by management.
