Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance as per schedule.
  • Maintain power consumption within acceptable limits.
  • Update ERP database with data on spare parts usage.
  • Ensure timely completion of all unit breakdown activities.
  • Prepare and update MIS, Oracle, and ERP data related to electrical maintenance.
  • Maintain all documents related to machine AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and process manuals.
  • Ensure the quality of repair and maintenance work completed by technicians.
  • Promote safety by using PPE and ensuring proper PPE maintenance in the workplace.
