Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure completion of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.
  • Minimize mechanical breakdowns according to the target plan.
  • Resolve issues and escalations related to equipment maintenance and manpower management.
  • Keep mechanical spare costs within the department’s budget.
  • Maintain Oracle/ERP-based maintenance records and reports.
  • Complete AutoCAD drafting as needed.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance work performed by technicians.
  • Support technical development and process upgrades as required.
  • Comply with ISO QMS & EMS standards.
  • Monitor and enforce safety guidelines and procedures in the workplace.
