  • Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
  • 0-2 years of working experience in related industry and understanding of Quality Management functions.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor parameters for steel production to ensure adherence to specified standards.
  • Verify measuring equipment against standards before testing samples.
  • Follow testing procedures in compliance with ASTM, BS, BIS, ISO, JIS, and other standards.
  • Collect quality samples from various stages of the production process.
  • Perform on-site testing and inspect in-process quality according to descriptions and quality plans.
  • Identify and report deviations from quality standards based on defined processes.
  • Input data into the ERP system and generate reports.
  • Escalate quality specification deviations promptly to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain all quality-related documentation as required by the department.
  • Conduct lab equipment calibration regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO QMS, EMS, and OHSMS standards.
  • Promote safety by using PPE and ensuring proper maintenance of PPE in the workplace.
