  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable English Medium School, Educational Institution, or Language Training Center.
  • Proven experience in teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and prepare educational materials, including worksheets, lesson plans, flashcards, classroom activities, and other learning resources to support effective English language instruction.
  • Conduct engaging, interactive, and learner-centered English classes that promote language development and student participation.
  • Review, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ assignments, scripts, written exercises, and academic work to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Deliver training sessions on spoken English, public speaking, communication skills, and presentation techniques to build students’ confidence and fluency.
  • Organize and facilitate storytelling sessions and interactive activities designed to improve listening, speaking, comprehension, and creative thinking skills.
  • Assess student performance regularly through tests, assignments, classroom participation, and other evaluation methods.
  • Monitor individual student progress and provide timely feedback, recommendations, and performance reports to parents and management.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning programs.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active learning and personal development.
