  • Strong knowledge of ERP software (e.g Logic soft, Click, Efficient ERP). 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Certification in ERP systems (preferred but not required).  
  • Proficiency in ERP software and tools. 
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. 
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate the implementation and integration of the ERP system across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and support.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business processes.
  • Train and support end-users on ERP system functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system operation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
  • Manage ERP-related projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
