• Manage the complete ERP sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, and deal closure.

• Gain a thorough understanding of client business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Sales, and related functions to effectively position ERP solutions.

• Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to map client needs with appropriate ERP modules and solutions.

• Collaborate closely with presales and functional teams to design and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution presentations.

• Prepare and present proposals, statements of work (SOWs), pricing models, and commercial offers.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting through CRM systems (preference for Odoo CRM).

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, department heads, and key decision-makers within client organizations.

• Lead contract negotiations, manage objections, and ensure a smooth handover of closed deals to delivery and implementation teams.

• Coordinate with marketing, presales, and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and collateral.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to provide insights that support refined product positioning.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with organizational objectives.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote ERP solutions and strengthen brand presence.

• Perform additional responsibilities related to ERP sales, business development, and client engagement as assigned by management.
