Age between 25 and 35 years.
Strong understanding of import/export processes, Letter of Credit (L/C) operations, and customs documentation.
Proven experience in drafting and verifying commercial invoices, shipping papers, and bank-related documents.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with banks, vendors, clearing agents, and regulatory bodies.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
Assist in the opening of Letters of Credit (L/C) and actively follow up to ensure timely processing and execution.
Maintain effective liaison with relevant agencies, trade bodies, banks, customs authorities, shipping lines, and other external stakeholders.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns and tax declarations in compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tax-related documents for audit and internal control purposes.
Ensure strict compliance with applicable tax regulations including VDS (VAT Deducted at Source), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other taxation policies.
Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational tax compliance policies and procedures.
Handle all necessary communications and coordination with banks, ensuring proper documentation, transaction tracking, and issue resolution.
