• Prepare daily sales, purchase, and expense reports.

• Oversee and monitor day-to-day activities within the team.

• Develop policies and procedures aligned with the accounting framework.

• Take overall responsibility for updating accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial/management reporting.

• Ensure optimal fund utilization and effective cash management through proper cash flow analysis.

• Implement and maintain the company’s software systems in accordance with company policies.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including the Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Supervise and monitor credit collection (Accounts Receivables) to ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.

• Handle matters related to customs, port operations, and tax authority requirements for both local and foreign companies in Bangladesh.

• Ensure monthly financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) are submitted by the 5th of the following month.

• Conduct monthly audits of all accounts and report findings to management.

• Perform any other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
