Additional Requirements
Operate GDS platforms (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) for flight bookings, reissuance, revalidation, cancellations, and refunds.
Issue, reissue, and endorse airline tickets in compliance with carrier rules and fare regulations.
Process ticket refunds, voids, and exchanges in accordance with airline and IATA guidelines.
Provide accurate fare quotations, routing options, and suitable travel solutions to clients.
Ensure strict adherence to Ministry of Civil Aviation rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for ticketing, refunds, and customer records.
Coordinate with airlines regarding schedule changes, rebooking, and special travel cases.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits professionally.
Ensure accuracy in daily sales, ticketing, and refund reporting.
Comply with company policies and management directives at all times.
