Truck Lagbe Ltd. is Bangladesh’s leading digital logistics platform, using technology to connect businesses with truck owners and simplify goods transportation. With a focus on data-driven operations, efficiency, and scalable growth, the company is expanding its commercial product offerings.

The Executive – Ancillary Sales will be responsible for driving sales of products such as GPS tracking devices, tyres, lubricants, and truck accessories. The role involves generating new leads, developing client relationships, managing existing accounts, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets across assigned product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for GPS devices, tyres, lubricants, and truck accessories.

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral sales.

• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and market outreach.

• Visit truck owners, fleet operators, and transport businesses to identify new opportunities.

• Present suitable Truck Lagbe ancillary products and services based on customer needs.

• Drive cross-selling and up-selling of complementary products.

• Develop sales strategies and territory plans to increase revenue.

• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends and share relevant insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Maintain updated customer records, leads, and sales pipelines.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
