Job Function: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all necessary activities to meet defined and tailored sales targets for aqua products.
Visit and promote aqua products to consultants, fishery officers, traders, farm and hatchery owners, and relay their feedback to field teams.
Organize meetings and seminars to promote aqua products for maximum market outreach.
Recommend budgets and discussion topics for meetings and seminars.
Train field teams on aqua products, disease management, farming strategies, and effective promotion and sales techniques.
Collaborate with agricultural universities, colleges, and research institutions to showcase and promote the company’s products.
