Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train field personnel to become skilled and competent Technical Service Providers.

• Provide technical assistance to farmers, including disease identification, treatment recommendations, biosecurity practices, disease prevention, and guidance on modern aqua farming techniques.

• Develop and conduct training programs for field teams, as well as organize meetings and seminars for Aqua prescribers, farmers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Analyze competitors’ activities and provide regular updates on new products, market developments, customer needs, and promotional strategies.

• Enhance brand visibility and market presence through frequent visits to Aqua prescribers, consultants, farmers, and other key stakeholders.
