Responsibilities & Context

  • Support the preparation and disbursement of salaries,allowances, sales commissions, and incentives for employees under the Head Office payroll (including Head Office, SalesForce, and CDC employees) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Manage the employee separation process, including providing final settlements, conducting exit interviews, and issuing clearance documents to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Assist to prepare employees income tax related documentation collaborate with internal tax department.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the ERP system and other platforms, including new hires, transfers, separations,life events, and salary changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry for the Head Office payroll.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to identify and implement process improvements aimed at automating tasks and enhancing the accuracy of HR data within the ERP system.- Administer, maintain, and process the HR module in the ERPsystem to ensure smooth functionality and accurate generation of required outputs, including reports and data insights.
