Job Context
Unicorn Properties Ltd. is looking for energetic and results-oriented male professionals to join as Executive – Business Development. The role involves extensive market visits, lead generation, identifying potential property buyers, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field and market visits to connect with potential property buyers and build client relationships.

Identify target customers, generate quality real estate leads, and maintain an updated client database.

Perform cold calling, networking, and on-ground property promotion activities.

Work toward achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare field visit reports, lead pipeline updates, and sales activity reports for management.

Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
