  • As an Executive, Business Development, you will be expected to:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital tools and platforms.
  • Product knowledge, particularly in the beauty industry (a willingness to learn is essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Prior experience in business development/procurement or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
  • Assist in generating purchase orders, negotiating terms, and optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with the QC team to ensure all products meet quality standards and maintain authenticity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of beauty products to ensure only genuine and high-quality products are sold on our platform.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Design teams to drive successful sales campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
