Support the COO in shaping new business strategies by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and developing basic financial models to assess potential profitability and feasibility.
Evaluate internal metrics and external market data to uncover new growth opportunities across products, services, markets, or partnerships, and present actionable recommendations.
Lead or assist in research projects aimed at understanding industry trends, customer demands, and financial performance of current business units to guide strategic planning.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to gain insights into customer segments, feedback, and market performance, contributing to the refinement of go-to-market approaches.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular business reports, and offer recommendations to enhance business results and operational effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, finance, and operations—to ensure cohesive execution of business initiatives.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the COO or senior leadership, including developing presentations, preparing documentation, and engaging in strategic meetings and workshops.
