  • Fluent in Bangla and English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Business Growth & Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power and energy sector, focusing on products such as batteries, UPS systems, solar inverters, solar panels, AC/DC cables, circuit breakers, and related solutions.
  • Expand market presence by targeting new sectors and customer segments in both B2B and industrial markets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in pricing, proposal development, and negotiations, ensuring deals meet both client expectations and company profitability.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new growth areas and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration:
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, ensuring clarity in technical specifications, use-cases, and commercial benefits.
  • Support clients with product selection, installation planning, and after-sales service coordination.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and ensure win-win agreements that deliver customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Prepare and submit regular business development reports highlighting activities, achievements, pipeline updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track project milestones and ensure alignment with revenue and growth targets.
