Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our company as an Executive, Business Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily business operations, with a specific focus on data entry and management, as well as client communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, coordinating with various departments, and facilitating effective communication with our valued clients.

  • Responsible for day-to-day business data management and regular business report preparations.
  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the business operation. 
  • Collect appropriate sources of data and carry out tasks related to those.
  • Doing necessary email communications.
  • Communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders in order to assist the Manager in making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
  • Drive continuous improvements /optimization in the data management structure.
  • Develops specifications for data capture and input; monitors input to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of data.
  • Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instruction of the Supervisor.
