Experience
✔ Supervise and manage all testing activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with required standards
✔ Oversee correlation and proficiency testing, ensuring proper execution and timely delivery of test results to clients or relevant organizations
✔ Lead and manage the team members, providing direction, performance feedback, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
✔ Ensure proper chemical dosing and usage in Dyeing, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Cooling Tower, and DM Plant operations
✔ Maintain strong knowledge and control over dyeing processes, chemical handling, and production operations
✔ Monitor and maintain water quality standards, including proper documentation of test reports
✔ Keep accurate daily records of ETP, WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and dyeing operations
✔ Apply experience in knit dyeing and finishing production to ensure quality output and operational efficiency
✔ Demonstrate strong time management, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities
✔ Ensure high level of attention to detail and process-oriented workflow management
✔ Contribute positively to the work environment through proactive communication and teamwork
✔ Utilize ERP systems, computer applications, and MS Office tools for reporting and operational tasks
