Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and oversee all laboratory testing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Manage correlation and proficiency testing processes, including result verification, specimen dispatch, and submission of test reports to clients and relevant organizations.
- Lead and supervise team members by providing guidance, performance feedback, work allocation, and leave approvals to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper chemical dosing and treatment processes for Dyeing, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Cooling Tower, DM Plant, and related operations.
- Monitor and ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of chemicals used in dyeing operations.
- Maintain water quality standards through regular testing, monitoring, and accurate record-keeping of water analysis reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of daily operational records related to ETP, WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and Dyeing processes.
- Support and monitor knit dyeing and finishing production activities to ensure operational efficiency and quality compliance.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures.
- Contribute proactively to a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Utilize ERP systems, computer applications, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and operational management.
