  • Bachelor/Honors, in any subjects

Additional Requirements


  • Strong communication skills in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, computer skills, and experience in email handling or customer support are preferred.
  • Must have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
  • Candidates with a background in English medium/version will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain communication regarding work progress with clients and vendors.
  • Regularly contact vendors for updates, negotiate pricing, ensure quality work, on-time delivery, work area extensions, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery to overseas clients.
  • Onboard new contractors and actively search for contractors.
