• Oversee import and export activities, including cash incentives, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, UD, UP, statements, and maintaining the Custom-Bond Register. Handle bond audits as required.
• Coordinate with indenting companies, bank officers, and C&F logistics providers to manage the import of goods.
• Prepare and manage all UD and UP permissions, as well as DEDO-related tasks.
• Manage the entire export sales cycle for accessories efficiently.
• Maintain direct communication with top management, demonstrating 100% honesty and dedication in all aspects of work.
• Follow up, monitor, and supervise all commercial operations effectively.
• Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and payment procedures are adhered to for all accessory and garment export transactions.
• Stay informed about updates to laws, tariffs, quotas, and other regulations related to accessories and garments, and share relevant updates with the team.
• Oversee the full process, from receiving Import L/Cs and Export L/Cs to ensuring proceeds realization.
• Prepare and submit bank-to-bank channel documents, monitor collections, and follow up on payments.
• Handle BL drafts and corrections, EXP issuance, C&F bills, and maintain knowledge of VAT and tax requirements.
