Additional Requirements

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
Strong understanding and experience across Digital Marketing Channels, including SEO (Online & Offline), SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Website Audits, and Error Tracking.
Excellent knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Content Creation:

Create original and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, emails, and video channels.
Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s messaging.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality standards.
Deliver news reports and provide timely event coverage.

Visual Content Creation:

Create visual content for news channels and social media, overseeing all stages of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Research and recommend graphics, images, infographics, and videos as references for content creation.
Collaborate with graphic designers, cinematographers, editors, and other creatives to produce multimedia content that enhances user engagement.
Ensure that all visual content is on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the brand’s style.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to create cohesive and effective content.
Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance content initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
