Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders regarding credit facilities, loan processing, and financial documentation.
  • Prepare, review, verify, and submit credit-related documents, applications, and supporting paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking requirements.
  • Collect, validate, and organize customer information and documentation required for loan approvals, credit assessments, and financing arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit proposals, loan applications, financial summaries, and related reports to support credit evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with customers, banking partners, and internal departments to facilitate timely processing and approval of credit facilities.
  • Monitor the progress of loan and credit applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and follow-up actions are completed promptly.
  • Maintain systematic filing, record management, and documentation control for all credit, loan, and financing-related records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, banking guidelines, and documentation standards throughout the credit processing cycle.
  • Support management by preparing credit analysis reports, portfolio updates, financial documentation, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in identifying documentation discrepancies, resolving credit-related issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and financial institutions.
  • Generate periodic reports on credit status, loan processing activities, document compliance, and operational performance for management review.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing credit administration efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer service quality.
