Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
-
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and dealers.
-
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Finance, and other relevant departments to facilitate credit recovery.

Visit customers and dealers for payment collection and account reconciliation.

Monitor overdue and high-risk receivables and take appropriate recovery actions.
-
Prepare and update customer- and dealer-wise outstanding and collection reports.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and approved payment terms.

Maintain records of payment commitments, follow-ups, and recovery progress.

Resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and accounts.

Submit regular recovery and collection reports to management.

Perform other duties assigned by management as required.
