Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and oversee daily cruise operations to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage guest services efficiently, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners to strengthen relationships and increase sales opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales, marketing, and promotional activities to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and booking requests while ensuring excellent customer service and successful sales conversions.
  • Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and other relevant documentation accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate cruise schedules, guest programs, special events, and onboard activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor service quality and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest feedback, operational activities, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient coordination of cruise operations and customer service activities.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
