Candidates should ideally have 1 to 5 years of experience in related fields such as Cosmetics, Toiletries, Personal Care, Call Centers, or Beauty Parlors/Salons/Spas.

Customer Reception & Hospitality
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.
Appointment Coordination
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate appointment logs using salon management software or manual systems.
Product & Service Expertise
Provide clear explanations of salon services, treatments, and available packages.
Recommend appropriate products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, haircare) tailored to individual customer needs.
Client Relationship Management
Foster strong, positive relationships with regular clients.
Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and confirm satisfaction after services.
Customer Concerns & Issue Resolution
Respond to client concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Escalate more complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Billing & Payment Handling
Accurately generate and process customer invoices.
Manage transactions via cash, card, and mobile payment platforms securely and efficiently.
Staff & Service Coordination
Relay client preferences and requests to beauticians clearly.
Help ensure timely service delivery and minimize wait times.
Salon Ambience & Cleanliness
Monitor and maintain cleanliness in reception and lounge areas.
Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly.
Customer Records Management
Keep an updated client database including service history and preferences.
Record and track customer feedback and service outcomes.
Sales & Promotional Support
Inform clients about current promotions, loyalty programs, and service packages.
Encourage product sales with tact and professionalism, avoiding aggressive upselling.
