  • Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, Customer Service, even if it is a part-time experience.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in lifestyle, beauty, and wellness products. Along with knowledge of pre-order business.
  • Proficient in MS Suite & G-Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Candidates living near Lalmatia will be given higher priority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team. Or else in a local/startup environment
  • Candidate must have her own Laptop.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of Groomly to customers.


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Facebook chat, email, and live chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
