Responsibilities & Context

  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded clients to ensure they are comfortable using our software and services.
  • Onboarding Support: Onboard client data and prepare profiles for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our system.
  • Inquiries Management: Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our software and services to deliver accurate information and support.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm that their concerns are fully addressed and resolved.
  • Feedback Collection: Conduct client feedback surveys to gather insights and use this information to enhance service quality.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the client support process, aiming to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
