Job Context

Rhythm Group is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence, develop engaging digital content, and support promotional activities for its products and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Create engaging social media posts, captions, product content, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.

• Develop innovative ideas to promote products and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels.

• Plan, run, and monitor paid advertising and boosting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Design basic graphics, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing across platforms.

• Support product launches, special offers, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign results, and prepare basic performance reports.

• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant content opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect product details, offers, images, and other promotional resources.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards.

• Assist with photography, video production, and other digital promotional activities as needed.
