Job Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Executive – Digital Sales (E-commerce Moderator) to handle customer interactions, convert leads into sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, CRM knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end customer communication through iDesk (integrated Meta communication platform), including responding to queries and conducting follow-ups.
✔ Convert incoming leads into successful sales through effective and persuasive communication techniques.
✔ Accurately maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
✔ Process customer orders in line with internal procedures and operational guidelines.
✔ Conduct regular follow-ups with both prospective and existing customers to improve conversion rates.
✔ Handle customer concerns, queries, and complaints professionally with a solution-focused approach.
✔ Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
✔ Prepare and submit structured reports on performance, including lead tracking, conversion metrics, and sales updates.
✔ Follow instructions from the Team Lead and ensure compliance with operational processes and workplace discipline.
