✔ Monitor order status and conduct regular coordination meetings with merchandising and marketing teams for effective production planning and shipment scheduling
✔ Ensure accurate and optimized capacity planning by utilizing available manpower and machinery, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability
✔ Continuously track production progress against plans; perform root cause analysis and implement quick solutions in case of delays
✔ Maintain strong coordination with operations and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization
✔ Collaborate with department heads through regular meetings to improve overall operational performance
✔ Review and align production plans with available capacity and workforce strength, ensuring timely shipment targets are achieved
✔ Analyze and evaluate production performance, preparing insights and reports for management decision-making
✔ Supervise and guide store, IE (Industrial Engineering), and planning teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and smooth production flow
✔ Develop and implement contingency and emergency plans to manage unexpected disruptions or operational challenges
✔ Prepare detailed master production plans, capacity plans, order booking plans, and loading schedules
✔ Generate daily and monthly production reports, including planned vs. actual performance analysis and shipment status updates
