Additional Requirements
- Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred: Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing, Seed, GM), Agro-based Startups, Banks, Farming, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startups, Investment/Merchant Banking, Livestock, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGOs, and Poultry.

Responsibilities & Context
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the farmer financing portfolio by supporting recovery, data management, disbursement tracking, and coordination with field and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain high standards of operational accuracy, meet strict deadlines, and proactively contribute to improving efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recovery & Portfolio Management
- Ensure timely recovery of farmer loans in line with monthly targets.
- Monitor due, overdue, and upcoming collections, and coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt recovery.
- Support recovery drives and special initiatives as assigned.
- Analyze repayment patterns and assist in identifying potential defaulters.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financing, recovery, and portfolio performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure complete accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
3. System & iCore Management
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in iCore and other operational systems.
- Ensure proper entry, updating, and closure of projects on a daily basis.
- Maintain data integrity in line with internal SOPs.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
4. Bank Financing & Disbursement Tracking
- Monitor the status of bank financing disbursements and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve any delays.
- Share disbursement updates with field teams to facilitate execution.
- Assist in preparing and verifying documentation related to disbursements.
5. Field Operations & Team Support
- Provide operational support to field teams on a daily basis.
- Communicate recovery updates, operational guidelines, and instructions effectively.
- Assist in resolving field-level operational challenges.
- Support farmer engagement initiatives, including awareness programs, training schedules, and input distribution tracking.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Product, and Monitoring teams to ensure accurate information flow.
- Support cross-functional projects by providing relevant data and insights.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
7. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audit preparation and maintain proper documentation related to recovery and disbursement activities.
