Executive - Finishing (Kint Garments)

Strong understanding of garment finishing and packing processes.

Familiarity with buyer-specific finishing, quality and packing standards.

Good skills in production monitoring, follow-up and cross-functional coordination.

Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.

Supervise daily finishing operations, including thread trimming, ironing, folding, tagging, packing and shipment preparation.

Ensure daily finishing targets are completed in line with the approved production plan.

Monitor product quality, workmanship, measurements, appearance and packing standards according to buyer requirements.

Track finishing WIP, production flow and operational bottlenecks to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished garments.

Collaborate with Quality, Sewing, IE and other concerned departments to identify and resolve finishing-related production issues.

Prepare daily finishing production reports and regularly update management on progress, challenges and corrective measures.
