Responsibilities & Context

  • Relationship Management with MFS Providers & Banks:
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with MFS providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket) and banking institutions.
  • Communicate regularly with MFS and bank partners to negotiate favorable terms for Foodi.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Foodi and MFS providers to address payment-related issues.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities between Foodi and MFS providers to introduce cashback, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create joint marketing initiatives with MFS partners to drive customer engagement.
  • Develop exclusive payment offers and integrate loyalty programs.
  • Track the performance of these initiatives and optimize them based on customer engagement and business impact.
  • Payment Gateway & Transaction Optimization:
  • Work with tech and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of bank payment gateways into the Foodi platform.
  • Troubleshoot payment-related technical issues and coordinate with partners for resolution.
  • Monitor transaction success rates and propose improvements to enhance payment efficiency.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor payment strategies, and emerging fintech solutions.
  • Provide insights on how Foodi can leverage new digital payment technologies to improve the user experience.
  • Analyze customer payment behavior and suggest enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor the effectiveness of ongoing partnerships and promotional campaigns through data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on MFS/bank collaborations, revenue impact, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all payment transactions comply with regulatory requirements set by Bangladesh Bank and other financial authorities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to mitigate risks related to digital payments and fraud prevention.
  • Maintain documentation of contracts, agreements, and compliance reports with MFS and banking partners.
