  • The applicant must have working experience in Store with a large Garments/Textile industry.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and quantity checks, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the gray fabric store, including safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound goods, warehouse management, and ensure safety and security within the store.
  • Ensure proper deliveries and maintain effective inventory control.
  • Maintain warehouse operations to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely, and that warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
  • Monitor costs and overheads to ensure they remain within budgeted limits.
  • Maintain a software-based system to track materials delivered to the production floor according to the plan.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and effectively address their requirements.
  • Follow operational strategies and procedures in line with company policy.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
