Additional Requirements


  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience with the exposure in HR of MNC/Local culture.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Apparels & Group of Companies.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills·
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker·
  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities·
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and follow up on new initiatives that enhance employee engagement and support the organization’s key objectives.
  • Assist in executing Organizational Excellence (OE), HR development, and HR R&D tasks to foster a professional work culture.
  • Manage and regularly update the organization’s official LinkedIn page.
  • Ensure the completion of various HR programs, assignments, and HR products within set timelines.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of programs and policies.
  • Prepare and maintain office orders, circulars, notes, forms, formats, meeting minutes, and ensure accurate database management.
  • Maintain the monthly database for the Service Loyalty Award program and ensure the program is organized on time.
  • Coordinate with the people management team to facilitate the performance evaluation program.
  • Support OE/HR developmental and R&D activities to cultivate the desired workplace culture.
  • Assist in ensuring the automation of HR processes for improved efficiency.
