Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assist payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
  • Assist to Prepare and presenting HR-related reports to management.
  • Preparing admin related all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule.
  • Providing any kind of support Service for office & vehicle maintenance, ensuring Cleanliness.
  • Assist any kind of Telecommunication Related task, records & all kinds of monthly reports.
  • Ensure all administrative procurement, Checking Administrative bills & Bill payments.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
