• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/ newspapers/ Universities/ Social-media to attract a pool of candidates.
• Co-coordinate job interviews for different job positions to smoothen the process.
• Ensure prompt final settlement of resigned employees by collecting clearances
• Ensure monthly confirmations on due time in alignment with respective departments
• Ensure a smooth process of employee transfer by providing letters on time with proper approval
• Responsible for ensuring employee attendance by proper monitoring
• Responsible for preparing monthly resignations & held up reports with proper information to avoid any discrepancies.
• Ensure disbursement of salary & bonus and any other employee-related financial benefits or payments on time by keeping liaison with the finance and internal audit team
• Ensure bank accounts for all employees by taking necessary action to make the process mandatory
• Conduct and coordinate induction programs for the new joiners to make them familiar with the company
• Coordinate training both at the head office and factories as per the training calendar to execute the training programs effectively.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
