  • Time Management: Adept at handling high-pressure situations, meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure the workplace adheres to buyer requirements and local labor laws. Maintain necessary registers and records in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Training & Development: Plan and conduct training sessions to align with company objectives and enhance employee skills.
  • Grievance Management: Address day-to-day grievances and labor law-related issues with a compassionate approach, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle worker recruitment, selection, and documentation for new hires. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to foster a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes related to employee confirmations, contract renewals, and timely documentation as per company policies.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage daily administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, facility maintenance, and issuing various employee-related documents.
  • Personnel Records Maintenance: Keep personnel files updated and manage HR documentation accurately.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring resolutions comply with statutory norms and foster a positive work environment.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with HR policies and processes while implementing initiatives aligned with headquarters and local/state laws.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Execute tasks assigned by senior management or the department head.
