Requirements

Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum & Mining Engineering from a reputed public or private university.
  • Masters, Master of Science (MSc), Environmental Engineering and Lead Audition Course (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 1400:1) are preferable.

Experience


  • 2 Year to 3 Year

Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement and maintain the EHS management system, including policies, plans, training programs, risk assessments, inspections, audits, event management, and data analysis.
  • Take appropriate and timely actions to address non-compliance issues.
  • Provide comprehensive and timely reports to the Head of HSEQ, highlighting trends and insights derived from data analysis.
  • Maintain an effective EHS subcontractor management and audit program to ensure compliance with all relevant EHS standards and requirements.
  • Develop and manage the EHS training needs analysis and implement a robust training plan.
  • Facilitate effective EHS communication and awareness among all site personnel.
  • Oversee the implementation of the site risk assessment process, ensuring thorough and consistent evaluation of potential hazards.
  • Ensure all EHS incidents are promptly reported, accurately documented, and thoroughly analyzed for continuous improvement.
  • Promote and enforce a just and fair culture, balancing reward and discipline at the site level.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and site access control procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies to uphold and enhance compliance with EHS standards.
